The Droid Eris started showing off its 5MP camera today and with video recording thrown in, plus a price at $100 lower than the Motorola Droid, it’s actually beginning to look a little more appealing.

UK carrier O2 has “unofficially” announced that the HTC HD2 will launch on their network sometime during the week of October 19th. While no press releases have arrived at this time, O2 customer service has been telling customers the WinMo 6.5 device will release at that time.

The T-Mobile MyTouch 3G just got a facelift with the “Fender Edition” a re-imagined version of the MyTouch 3G with a newly installed and much needed 3.5mm headphone jack.

The wait for Windows Mobile 6.5 devices is finally over!  AT&T Customers can now pick up the HTC Pure, with the HTC Tilt 2 just around the corner. Both devices feature WinMo 6.5 alongside a host of other cool features.

Thank you Verizon! The HTC Imagio rumors were confirmed today by the CDMA cellular provider and the device is now set for an official October 6th release in retail stores throughout the U.S.

Vodafone UK has officially confirmed that they will begin selling the HTC Tattoo on their network starting in October.  The Tattoo is the newest Google Android based device from HTC and is being pitched as an “entry level” phone with a focus on user customization.

The HTC Tattoo isn’t your typical Smartphone. HTC is marketing the phone as a device that brings “broad personalization to the masses.” Not only does the phone feature changeable covers, users can actually change the way their OS looks based on their own preferences.

The HTC Touch HD may have featured Windows Mobile, however the company has announced that their new HTC Touch HD2 devices will be sporting the Google Android OS.
