Google just announced their newest mobile application “Google Shopper” a mobile shopping program that allows users to search for products using various means much like past applications such as ShopSavvy.

While it’s still only a rumor, there’s a good chance that an official Wordpress app is soon to arrive for the Google Android platform with the wordpress.org subdomain “android.wordpress.org” setup, although not in use at this time.

The “official” Facebook App launched this morning for Google Android and is now available through the Android Market. We say “official” because it was actually developed by Google and not Facebook programmers.
