Lindsay Lohan has filed a lawsuit against the online brokerage company E-Trade for $100 million in damages because the stock trading firm–according to the allegations–illegally used “her name” without permission in a TV commercial. The legal complaint centers on E-Trade’s ad first seen during the SuperBowl featuring a “milkaholic” boyfriend-stealing baby named Lindsay.

Bob Biniak, one of the original Dogtown Z-Boys, has died, the LA Times
has reported. The former popular innovative skateboarder, who helped bring back the sport during the 1970, was 51.
Biniak passed away on February 25 at Baptist Medical Center in Jacksonville Beach, Fla., just four days after a heart attack, his wife Charlene confirmed.
