Chelsea Clinton has announced her official engagement to boyfriend Marc Mezvinky. While there have been past rumors of prior engagements, this newest announcement comes from Chelsea herself.
Chelsea announced her engagement via email and here’s the announcement as posted by @jaketapper from ABC News:
“We’re sorry for the mass e-mail but we wanted to wish everyone a belated Happy Thanksgiving! We also wanted to share that we are engaged! We didn’t get married this past summer despite the stories to the contrary, but we are looking toward next summer and hope you all will be there to celebrate with us. Happy Holidays! Chelsea & Marc.”
Both Ms. Clinton and Mezvinsky met while attending Stanford University and have been dating since 2005. Mezvinsky is now an investment banker while Chelsea is busy earning her grad school degree from Columbia University. [Photo: Kyle Cassidy]
