The plagiarism case against Elisabeth Hasselbeck and her book “The G-Free Diet: A Gluten-Free Survival Guide” was dismissed this week by the Federal judge overseeing the case.

According to the The Boston Herald, the case, which was filed in federal court this past June, claimed that the daytime commentator had plagiarized entire sections of her book from self-published author Susan Hassett.

U.S. District Judge Joseph Tauro dismissed the judge when Hassett’s attorneys failed to provide the proper evidence needed to pursue a lawsuit.
