For the last week Google has been featuring various characters from the popular children show Sesame Street. The characters have included the legs of big bird, cookie monster spewing cookies and as recently as yesterday Elmo replacing the letter “L” in the word “Google.” Now, once again in celebration of the shows 40th anniversary another character has appeared, Count Von Count, the obsessive compulsive vampire counting puppet.
The Logo is actually quite impressive with the first “G” in Google replaced with the number 6, the O’s replaced with Zero’s, the second ”G” replaced with the number 8, the “L” changed to the number 1, and the “E” changed to a backwards number 3.
As we mentioned in our Elmo piece, there are a ton of Sesame Street characters so it may be a while before the Doodles come to an end, then again Google, much like their search engine could get bored pretty quickly and start trending the next big celebration.
Regardless of when the Google Doodle character celebration stops, the newest Google Logos of Sesame Street characters have been top notch.
