
Motorola has thrown much of their available resources into the Google Android platform and their efforts are now coming to fruition with the Motorola Cliq with Motoblur, their first Android smartphone which is heading to T-Mobile.
The Android smartphone is set for a fall 2009 release and features a sliding qwerty keyboard and a full touchscreen display. The device was also built to fully integrate with Facebook, Myspace, Twitter, Gmail and several other email sources. Users can also access those features without the need to launch applications.
Adding to the devices overall picture is a 5MP camera with an auto focus setup and video recording up to 24 fps. It also offers a 2GB MicroSD card included in the box with MicroSDHC supporting up to 32GB. While a built-in 3.5mm headphone jack should please audiophiles.
The Moto Cliq will be available in two colors: white and titanium. Unfortunately no pricing has been released at this time. [via SlipperyBrick]
