The Blackberry Onyx is getting closer to reality with the first photo for the device revealed in its official capacity. The Onyx which will be available on the T-Mobile network shows a high-gloss finish with the signature Blackberry leather grain along the battery cover.
The device is also known as the Blackberry Bold 9700 when spotted outside of the T-Mobile network and comes equipped with 3G mobile data connectivity, WiFi calling and visual voicemail.
The Onyx also supports corporate and personal email, along with access to the newly released BlackBerry App word. The smartphone also offers TeleNav GPS Navigator with turn-by-turn directions and Amazon Mp3 music store downloads.
Rumors are pointing to a November release date, although no pricing has yet been announced by T-Mobile USA. [via CIO]
