Reports are going wild on the Internet that the final ‘Twilight’ installment will be in two films, according to MTV. The studio is staying quiet and not leaving comments.
The final installment in the ‘Harry Potter’ films will be split into two parts to fit everything in and now ‘Twilight’ fans have suspected for a while that the final ‘Breaking Dawn’ will be the same way.
A representative for Summit Entertainment told MTV last month that “no decision has been made” after Deadline Hollywood ran a story about ‘Breaking Dawn’ being split into two films.
Deadline Hollywood posted a comment on the site stating, “I have this from several sources and it’s definitive. ‘Breaking Dawn’ is the longest in Stephenie Meyer’s four-book series lengthwise and it’s the most graphic — presenting birth, attempted murder, death and of course vampire bites. … Summit Entertainment no doubt could save money by making these ‘Twilight’ Saga movies #4 and #5 back to back and is currently looking for director or directors to helm both features.”
Meyer has expressed little concern, but has faith in the studio, about the possibility of ‘Breaking Dawn’ being in two parts. However, back in December, the split was reported again and quickly became unofficial. ‘Twilight’ stars Anna Kendrick, Ashley Greene and Kellan Lutz have all shared their opinions on the subject. All of the ‘Breaking Dawn’ rumors are coming from the fact that the final ‘Harry Potter’ installment will be in two parts.
‘Twilight’ fans will just have to wait until an official announcement is made on the final installment in the ‘Twilight’ franchise.

Can this franchise get any more “Cornier” than with “Breaking Dawn?”
I guess if Summit waits too long, they believe this franchise would lose money, but I don't believe that, they just need a good screenwriter(s), director(s), and not just by name. They have the time.
Just like Warner Bros. & J.K. Rowling for the “Harry Potter” franchise, I believe that making the final chapter “Breaking Dawn” into two parts is only for one reason, Summit Entertainment, Melissa Rosenburg, and Stephenie Meyer want more $$$$$$$, not more fans.
Unfortuniately for Summit, their work will not turn out like “TWILIGHT.” for Summit (Entertainment), (Stephenie) Meyer, and whomever they hire as director.
If anyone remembers, VICTORIA (Enemy Vampire) was played by Rachelle Lefevre and is now someone else, Bryce Dallas Howard (Lady In The Water, Spider-Man 3, Terminator Salvation) who is now capturing the roll of Victoria.
I’ve always like original cast members from movies (similar to Iron Man’s “Rhodey” played by Terrence Howard, now played by Don Cheadle) , and once again here is another sequel that has done that very same thing. Chemistry is EVERYTHING!
I feel that this franchise is morphing into another Cable TV Vampire Show, gone really bad. And is now going straight to video.
“Steamy” is not what guys as fans will be looking forward to, and again I strongly believe THIS sequel will not do as well as “New Moon” (I didn’t care too much for New Moon) and I'm not looking forward to “Eclipse” either.
SPOILER ALERT !!! (from the books Bella gets pregnant. GOD help us all if they push with “Breaking Dawn.”
