Tiger Woods Apology Video and The World’s Reaction

This  morning, Tiger Woods apologized to the world for his transgressions. And for the rest of the day, people from all over the globe have been chiming in their opinions.

“I was emotional and got a little choked up. … It’s tough to get any man in America just to go to marriage counseling, let alone go into a 45-day rehabilitation,” said Notah Begay III, a former Stanford Teammate of Woods.

“There’s some anger in quarters, but mainly it’s a sense of sadness. He’s an American hero and he’s had these issues. But at the end of the day, he’s a human being. We all make mistakes, we all have made mistakes,” said Tim Finchem, PGA Tour commissioner.

“One of the most remarkable public apologies ever by a public figure” said George Stephanopoulos, ABC “Good Morning America’ anchor.

Gloria Allred, who represented Joslyn James and Rachel Uchitel called Tiger’s apology a “staged public relations stunt.”

What do you think? Is Tiger sincerely sorry for his transgressions, or just sorry for his tarnished image?
