For the “players” out there, a Canadian entrepreneur is marketing a set of 12 golf balls, each with a portrait of one of Tigers Woods’ alleged girlfriends, including Rachel Uchitel and others. According to the slogan on the company’s website, “Tiger loves to play with them…now you can too!”
The inventor, Mike Caldwell of Creative Classics, told the New York Daily News about his brainstorm:
I woke up and I was thinking, ‘It’s coming up on the year of the tiger,’ he said. I thought, ‘There’s millions of golfers out there stunned by what’s happening with Tiger and here’s a product that will get them all to laugh.’
It may be an unconventional Valentine’s Day gift, but the “Tail of the Tiger Golf Balls–Mistress Collection” sells for about $50. No word on whether there will be a version 2.0 if more women come forward.
